<SWANSPACE> is an ongoing multidisciplinary art performance project brought to life through the collaboration of choreographer Chaery Moon, composer Haeyun Kim, visual artist Younwon Sohn, video artist Changgu Kim, and costume designer Johanna Pan. The project takes its inspiration from the research theme of ‘Alter Ego’ and delves into the interplay of different selves and choices we make within the realms of present and future time and space.
Through <SWANSPACE>, our aim is to capture the moments of emergence, confusion, tranquility, and the myriad of emotions that shape our lives. We strive to create a space where these remnants of time can be expressed through the language of the body, as well as through visual, auditory, and sensory artistic elements. The project is designed to engage the audience on multiple levels, fostering a rich and multidimensional form of communication. By immersing themselves in the experience of <SWANSPACE>, the audience is invited to join us in exploring diverse experiences and emotions through artistic expression. It offers a fresh perspective and a renewed understanding as we navigate the boundaries between reality and imagination.
